1 lb. ground beef 2-3 carrots 2-3 potatoes 1/2 head of cabbage 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Brown, season and drain ground beef. Slice carrots and potatoes thinly. Slice up cabbage. Layer in casserole. Top with cream of mushroom soup diluted with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Can add cheese on top the last 15 minutes. |
