SHRIMP SALAD 
1 qt. cooked shrimp
2 sweet pickles, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 or more lg. head lettuce
Catsup or chili sauce to make pink
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 pieces celery, chopped
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Tabasco sauce to taste

Mix mayonnaise, catsup, Tabasco, onion, and pickle; pour over shrimp. Refrigerate 3-4 hours. Add remaining ingredients.
