1 stick butter 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips 2 eggs 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows 1 c. coconut On stove top, melt butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat. Mix eggs, sugar, marshmallows. Combine together. Let melt a little. Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut in bottom of 9x13 inch pan or any that you have. Spread candy mixture. Sprinkle top with coconut. Let set until cool. |
