1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. sausage, mild or hot
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and firm into 1 large or 2 small loaves.

TOPPING:

1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. brown sugar

Spread on meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
