CORNMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 c. cream styled corn
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. oil
1 egg

In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Make a well in the center and add all remaining ingredients. Stir just until mixed. Spoon into 12 muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Yield: 12 muffins.
