CORNMEAL MUFFINS 
1 c. self rising cornmeal
1 c. (8 oz.) cream corn
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix the above ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.

Note: If your oven runs hot, cut the temperature back to 375 degrees.
