CREAMSICLE CHEESECAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. orange extract
2 drops yellow food coloring
1 drop red food coloring

Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Put 1 cup mixture into a small bowl and add extract and colorings. Spoon plain mixture into pie shell. Swirl colored mixture through it.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour or so until firm around the edges. Let cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with Cool Whip dollops or orange slices.
