SUMMER FETTUCINI WITH FRY CHIK 
4 tbsp. butter
6 cloves minced garlic
6 pieces Fry Chik cut into quarters
1 sliced zucchini
1 bunch asparagus, cut in 1 inch cubes
8 green onions, sliced
8 oz. Ortega Taco Sauce
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. water plus 1 tbsp. chicken seasoning
1 tsp. salt
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. refrigerated fresh fettucini, cooked unitl tender
4 tomatoes, diced
4 tbsp. minced cilantro
1 c. shredded Farmers Cheese

In skillet, melt butter and add garlic and fry chik, cook until hot. Stir in the cut vegetables. Stir fry until tender crisp, about 5 minutes. Add taco sauce, liquid smoke, chicken seasoning mix and salt. Toss with cooked fettucini. Serve garnished with the fresh diced tomatoes, cilantro and cheese.

Serves 8.
