STUFFED SHELLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) can grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. pasta or manicotti shells
3 c. spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. mozzarella cheese slices

In skillet, saute meat; add onion, salt and pepper; remove from heat. Drain. Stir in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Stuff shells with meat mixture. Pour 1/2 spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish, arrange shells on top of sauce. Top with slices of cheese; pour remaining sauce over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
