Spaghetti sauce with meat, homemade or canned 4 c. Ricotta cheese 2 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) pkg. jumbo shell macaroni 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded 1/4 c. chopped parsley 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/3 c. dried bread crumbs 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Prepare spaghetti sauce. Prepare shells as directed; drain well. In large bowl combine ricotta and remaining ingredients. Stuff rounded tablespoon of cheese mixture into each shell. Spoon 3/4 cup sauce into each of 2 (9"x13") dishes. Place shells seam side down over sauce in single layer. Spoon over remaining sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan or Mozzarella cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until sauce bubbles. |
