CHEESE DIP 
1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 - 2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Tabasco
1-2 tbsp. picante or 1 jalapeno pod
1-2 tbsp. catsup

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, cumin, chili powder, paprika and garlic powder. Add milk and stir until thick. Add cubed Velveeta. Stir in remaining ingredients. Keep covered so skin doesn't develop over top of cheese.
