BLUE BERRY COBBLER 
FRUIT MIXTURE:

8 c. blueberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. flour

CRUST:

1/2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
8 tbsp. butter
1 lg. egg
1 egg yolk

Mix fruit mixture together and pour into a buttered 9 x 13 glass pan. Mix crust ingredients together by hand and spread evenly over blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
