MICROWAVE LASAGNA | |
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef 1 jar spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. water 15 oz. ricotta cheese 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 9 lasagna noodles 1/2 lb. Mozzarella, thinly sliced 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Crumble ground beef in glass bowl. Cook on high until beef browns (2 to 3 minutes); drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Cook on high 4 to 5 minutes until it bubbles. Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in 12"x8" dish. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers. Cook, covered with plastic wrap at High for 8 minutes and medium low 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and Manja! |
