MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
15 oz. ricotta cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
9 lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, thinly sliced
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Crumble ground beef in glass bowl. Cook on high until beef browns (2 to 3 minutes); drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water. Cook on high 4 to 5 minutes until it bubbles.

Meanwhile, combine ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Spoon 1/2 cup sauce in 12"x8" dish. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers. Cook, covered with plastic wrap at High for 8 minutes and medium low 35 minutes or until noodles are tender. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and Manja!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
