CHILI BEAN SOUP 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
2/3 c. water
8 oz. lean ground beef
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
11 oz. condensed tomato bisque soup
16 oz. kidney brans, drained
1-2 tsp. vinegar (cider)
Shredded cheese (optional)

Put onion, green pepper, and 1 tablespoon water in a skillet, cook until onion is transparent. Crumble in beef, then stir in chili powder and ground red pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Heat until hot. Let stand for 2 minutes then cover with cheese.
