PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Brown ground beef, stirring to crumble; drain. Spoon beef into an 8 inch square baking dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine biscuit mix, milk, and eggs; beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
