MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 (10 oz.) pkg. partially thawed strawberries
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
2 (9 inch) pie shells
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine sugar, egg whites, berries, vanilla and lemon juice in large mixing bowl. Beat at high speed until thick, fluffy and voluminous. Fold in whipped cream and pile into pie shells. Freeze several hours. Chopped nuts and cherries may be sprinkled on top if desired. Note: after pie is frozen wrap well in plastic wrap. May be frozen up to 3 weeks.
