SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 jar apricot jam
1 sm. bottle 1890 Catalina OR French dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Combine jam, dressing and onion soup mix. Coat chicken with above mixture. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour or until done. Can be doubled.

Variation: Substitute peach and pineapple jam or jelly.
