GEORGIAN CHICKEN 
1 c. Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
A few dashes of pepper
Equivalent of one cut-up chicken
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then in mixture, until well coated. Arrange in shallow baking pan and pour remaining butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not turn.
