DATE NUT PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. flour
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped English walnuts

Beat eggs. Add powdered sugar, crushed graham crackers, baking powder and flour to beaten eggs. Fold in chopped dates and English walnuts. Bake in 8 inch greased pan 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
