PANCAKES 
2 c. unsifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Eggbeaters (1/2 container)
1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
Fleischmann's butter
Lite pancake syrup

In a mixing bowl, blend together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Combine milk, Eggbeaters and corn oil. Add dry ingredients. Beat with rotary beater just until mixture is well blended and a few small lumps remain. Spray griddle with Mazola no-stick cooking spray.

For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle. Bake until pancakes are bubbly and edges look dry. Turn and bake until browned on underside. Serve with butter and syrup. Makes 4 servings, 12 to 14 pancakes.
