PICADILLO 
2 lb. ground pork
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
1 3/4 c. Contadina whole tomatoes and juice (14 1/2 oz. can)
2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped spinach; optional (I use broccoli)

Brown ground pork and onion in large saucepan. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach. Simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in spinach; cook 2-3 minutes. One (10 ounce) package thawed, frozen chopped spinach may be substituted.
