1 c. cream
6 extra lg. eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 lb. Canadian bacon, chopped up, or 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 to 7 oz. Swiss cheese, cut up

Mix cream, eggs, salt and pepper. Add bacon, onion, and cheese. Pour in purchased deep dish crust. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
