DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES 
1 lb. ground beef, fried
1 c. sour cream
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Onion salt
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cold water
2 med. tomatoes, thinly sliced
Chopped green pepper (optional)
Sliced black olives (optional)

Mix biscuit mix and water. pat into 9x13 pan. Put on meat, tomatoes, green peppers (if used). Mix salad dressing, sour cream and cheese; spoon over meat and tomato. Spread out. Top with more grated cheese if desired and olives. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let stand a few minutes; cut and serve.
