PICKLED DILL CARROTS 
30 sm. carrots
2 c. water
1 1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. white vinegar
4 tsp. pickling spices

Wash, scrape, remove tops from 30 small carrots. Cook until tender, drain. Combine water, sugar, vinegar. Add spices tied in cheesecloth bag.

Bring vinegar mixture to boiling. Pour over carrots. Simmer 3 minutes. Pack in sterilized jars. Add... spray of dill to each jar. Seal immediately.
