VERMICELLI SALAD 
17 oz. box vermicelli noodles

Cook per package directions. Marinate overnight. 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Accent 1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Next day, add: 1 c. diced green onion 2 c. diced celery 1 can diced black olives 1 sm. jar pimento 1 can diced water chestnuts

Mix with 1 cup salad dressing. (Keeps well, gets better with age.)
