HOMEMADE BISCUITS 
3 c. self rising flour
1 to 2 c. skim milk or enough to make sticky consistency

Turn out on floured surface and knead just enough to make dough workable. Pat out with fingers until thickness desired. Cut out biscuits. Put in Pam sprayed pan and spray top of biscuits. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until golden.
