MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. chicken
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook chicken. Debone, set aside. Layer chicken, onions, chips, and cheese in a deep baking dish. Pour tomatoes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until all the cheese is melted.
