PEACH CRISP 
1 (19 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 c. flour or Bisquick
1 c.sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches. Mix flour (if using Bisquick, only add sugar and egg, leave out baking powder and salt), sugar, baking powder, salt and egg until it is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over peaches and cinnamon in an 8"x8" pan. Pour half a cup of butter over top of crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes or until top is browned and crisp. Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
