ITALIAN POT ROAST 
3-4 lb. brisket, rump or pot roast
2-3 potatoes, pared and sliced
2-3 carrots, pared and sliced
1-2 onions, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 oz.) can Contadina Italian tomato paste

Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Salt and pepper meat, then put in pot. Mix water and tomato paste together and add to pot. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours or on high 4 to 5 hours.
