JEANNE'S CHICKEN 
4 split chicken breasts or any type, cut up
Onion slices, 1/2 to 1 med. onion, sliced
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pt. heavy cream
Parsley
Paprika

Place chicken in large casserole dish. Cover with salt, pepper and a lot of paprika. Place onion slices all over it. Mix cream of celery soup with heavy cream and pour over all. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Use remaining sauce to serve over rice.
