1 qt. water 4 beef flavored bouillon cubes 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. lime juice 1/2 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine Lime slices Combine water, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice in medium saucepan. Add wine, stirring well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Ladle into 4 individual serving bowls. Garnish each serving with a lime slice. Yield: 4 cups. |
