PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BARS 
1 1/3 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
12 oz. chocolate chips

In saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat. Mix sugar, peanut butter and crumbs until like dough. Press into bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt chips on low and spread over mix. Refrigerate. Before cutting leave in room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes so chocolate won't crack.
