BANANA PUDDING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 c. milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
2 lb. bananas, sliced
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat pudding mix and milk in electric mixer until smooth. Add condensed milk, sour cream, vanilla and Cool Whip. Mix until smooth.

In dish layer the vanilla wafers, sliced bananas and pudding mix. Top with crushed vanilla wafers. Serves 20. This is a rich, creamy dessert, with better flavor after being refrigerated overnight. More vanilla wafers and/or bananas may be used. Chopped nuts and/or coconut may be added also.
