3 c. Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz.) shredded
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
1 jar salsa
Tortillas

Place 1/4 cup cheese and about 1 teaspoon peppers on half of one tortilla. Fold in half, then in half again to form triangle. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake in 300 degree oven 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with salsa.
