CALIFORNIA SALAD BOWL 
4 c. sliced raw cauliflower
1 c. sliced ripe olives
2/3 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 sm. jar pimento

Mix vegetables; pour on dressing. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
