CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 pkg. Doritos corn chips
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown onion in butter. Add soups, broth, chilies and chicken. In 9 x 13 inch pan layer tortilla chips, then sauce, then cheese; repeat ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
