CHEESE CAKE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot, whipped

Mix Jello and hot water and refrigerate. Don't let it get too thick. Mix graham crackers and melted butter to form a crust. Put in bottom of pan. Mix the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Add cooled and slightly set Jello to the cream cheese mixture. Add the whipped Milnot (stiff enough to form peaks) to the cheese and Jello mixture. Fold together and put in pan on crust. Sprinkle a few crushed graham crackers on top and refrigerate.
