PAPER CUP FROZEN SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 diced banana
4 drops red food coloring
1/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 can (1 lb.) dark red pitted cherries (drained)

Mix all together and pour in paper cups. Place paper cups in muffin pan, put in freezer. After they freeze, remove muffin pan and place cups in plastic bag. Serves 18.
