PAN RAVIOLI 
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. midget Colby cheese (or Cheddar) grated
8 eggs
1 c. raisins

Boil noodles. Put a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer noodles over sauce, then filling, then more noodles and a thin layer of sauce over all. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve with more sauce on top.

Variation: Use this filling when making regular ravioli from scratch using your own homemade pasta dough.
