CHEESY POTATO SOUP

4 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut up

Add just enough water to cover add:

1 onion, cut up
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 c. celery
1 c. diced ham

Cook until tender. Add 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, 1/2 cups milk.
