SAUSAGE, PEPPER & ONIONS 
2 lbs. sausage, (or 1 lb. sausage and 1 lb. kielbasa)
8 c. green peppers, sliced
4 c. onion, sliced
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Wash and seed green peppers. Slice into half-inch strips. Cut onions into 1/4 inch slices. In large skillet saute' onions and peppers in 2 tablespoons cooking oil until limp and slightly brown. Add salt and pepper during cooking process. Remove from skillet. Brown meat in same skillet for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Return peppers and onions to skillet. Simmer over low heat until ready to serve, stirring occasionally. Cut meat into 4 inch pieces and serve hot on hoagie buns.
