OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 c. regular oatmeal, uncooked
Sugar substitute to equal 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. cold water

1. Combine all ingredients except butter and water.

2. Cut butter into dry mixture with pastry blender or knife; blend until mixture resembles coarse meal.

3. Sprinkle cold water evenly over surface; stir with fork until dry mixture is moistened.

4. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness on waxed paper.

5. Cut into 24 rounds or squares.

6. Place cookies on nonstick cookie sheet.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Makes 24 cookies.
