1 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. quick oatmeal 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. shredded or regular coconut Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Add flavor, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Then fold in oatmeal, Rice Krispies and coconut. Make into balls and bake. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 8 to 10 minutes. |
