APPLE BUTTER CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2 c. chopped nuts

Beat butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Gradually add sifted flour, soda, salt and spices. Stir in vanilla. Fold in chopped apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
