1 baked pie shell
1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Add milk, a little at a time, mixing well. Add beaten egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Beat and pour into baked pie shell.

TOPPING:

2 egg whites
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar and vanilla; mix well. Put on top of chocolate. Bake in 350 degree oven about 8 to 10 minutes until topping is light brown.
