PORK MARSALA 
4 to 6 pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 cinnamon stick
2 oz. Marsala wine or port

Set up standard breading station.

Dip pork chop in flour then in egg mixture and finally Panko crumbs.

Heat frying pan with small amount of butter, fry pork till brown. Add cinnamon stick and wine.

Finish in 350°F oven until internal temperature reaches 185°F on meat thermometer.
