PA PA BREAD (INDIANA BANANA) 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. pa pa's (2 to 3 med.)
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix pa pa's. Pa pa's are a little stronger than the normal banana.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together, beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean, 65 to 70 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.

To store, wrap and refrigerate no longer than 1 week.
