BANANA CARROT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. yogurt
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. dark raisins
Confectioners' sugar (opt.)

Grease 9" square pan. In a large bowl, cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Blend flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas, ending with dry ingredients. Fold in carrots and raisins. Turn into baking pan.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, turn out of pan and cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired. Makes 16 squares.
