ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
3-4 chicken breasts (without bone)

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
6 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. sesame oil dark Dynasty Brand 100% pure

Mix and set aside. Chinese noodles (rice sticks) 1 head lettuce

Bake chicken, cool. Cut in small pieces. Fry noodles in 2-3 inches oil. Heat to real hot, drop noodles in oil and turn quickly. Remove drain; set aside.

Cut lettuce into small pieces. Toss lettuce, sesame seeds, noodles and chicken with dressing just before serving. (Test oil with 1 noodle to see if its hot enough.)
