HOT SAUCE OR TACO SAUCE 
1 c. jalapeno pepper
1 qt. onions
4 qt. peeled tomatoes
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. sesame oil or salad oil
2 tbsp. salt
4 cloves garlic
2 bay leaves (removed when cooked)

Grind peppers. Peel tomatoes and onions, finely minced garlic. Place in large pan with other ingredients and cook until tomatoes are done. Put in jars and seal. 1 small can of tomato sauce can be used to thicken sauce, or cook a long time slow.
